Should that change, we will update the community in advance of any final migration cutoff. There’s currently no assigned cutoff date for migrating your account and collection. With these dates announced, it’s important to note that players can still migrate their accounts even after the servers have been shut down. To celebrate our community and the end of global beta, any player who logs in to Pokémon TCG Live between May 2, 2023, at 10:00 a.m. We’re excited to announce that on June 8, 2023, the Pokémon TCG Live game will officially launch. Most codes that would have been redeemable in PTCGO will continue to be redeemable in TCG Live. In order to continue to play the Pokémon Trading Card Game with other players in a digital setting, players will need to migrate to the new Pokémon Trading Card Game Live (TCGL). At that time, the game’s servers will go offline. Its apps will be removed from the Google Play Store, the App Store, and from on 5 June 2023 at 9am Pacific Time. You can also buy these things with real money, too, and there's going to be a premium battle pass available that gives you access to extra quests and more booster packs.Pokemon has officially announced the end of support and the sunset date for the Pokemon Trading Card Game Online (PTCGO). New cards can be added to your deck by scanning code cards, exchanging crystals earned in-game to get booster packs, and taking part in daily challenges. If EX cards get knocked out, for example, then players must give up two of their prize cards to their opponent, rather than one. EX cards have higher HP and more powerful attacks compared to their regular card versions, but they have a big risk reward factor attached to them as well. Pokémon TCG Live launches alongside the Scarlet and Violent - Paldea Evolved expansion, which adds Gen 9 monsters and more EX forms to keep matches feeling spicy.
